Farewell to WeAreTeachers

With some sadness I'd like let everyone know that I won't be a part of the WeAreTeachers team going forward. Best of luck to everyone there, and especially best of luck to the Teachers in this community. WeAreTeachers is all about making you successful and nothing has changed there. I'll be diving into something new so thanks to all and I'll see you online whenever I next "surface".

IMAGINE Community open enrollment

Hi Folks,

We have opened up the IMAGINE Community to open enrollment as an experiment. We are doing quite a few marketing programs for the community at the moment - Sandy in speaking at several conferences and we have some large associations signing up with us, so we wanted to make it as easy as possible to join. We'll most probably go back to an invitation-only system later in the summer.

Interesting sounding book about the problems of the undeveloped world

This book talks about lower economic strata of the world and it's resistance to aid, commerce, and most other forms of development. Clearly politics (not lack of money or food or whatever) causes most of the misery in the world.
