John, Sandy Fivecoat just passed me a link to the video you posted and I'm so very HAPPY to see you show up here at WAT! I have spent the last 20 years of my life faciliating change using these participatory leadership methods and some others...wrote a book with one of my colleagues about our approach that was published by Berrett Kohler in 2001.
